Returns

You have the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days without giving specific reasons. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, physically takes possession of the good.

Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from the agreement, you will receive the full purchase amount back from us as soon as possible, but in any case no later than 14 days after we have received your return shipment. We will refund you using the same payment method you used for the original transaction.

Please note that the costs and responsibility for the return shipment are yours.
We recommend using a Track & Trace code for returns, as you cannot hold us liable if a package goes missing.

If products have been used, are damaged or incomplete, the return shipment will not be processed and therefore the delivery costs will not be refunded.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling of the goods other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
