Delivery time and shipping

Our packages are shipped standard with DPD.

When can I expect my order?
All our orders are shipped within 1-3 business days and delivered the day after shipping*.

*DPD delivers 99% of packages the next day. For orders shipped to Belgium, 85% are delivered the next day. Customers in other EU countries should expect a minimum delivery time of 5 days.

Do I pay shipping costs?
Orders over €75,- including VAT are shipped free of charge with DPD.
Shipping costs are automatically calculated during the checkout process.

 
Can I track my order?
You will receive a track & trace link for your package by email. With this link, you can track the shipment. 

✓ DPD standard delivery: This is the standard option for shipping packages. The delivery time is determined by DPD and depends on the delivery person's route. The track & trace link usually indicates the delivery time within a 2-hour window.

Please note: international shipments are always sent with standard delivery and cannot use specific delivery options.
 
What happens if I'm not home when my order is delivered?
If you are not present when the order is delivered, the order will be delivered to the nearest pick-up point or to your neighbors. With the track & trace code, you can see where to collect your package.
