Complaints

It is, of course, frustrating when you have a complaint. We kindly ask you to submit your complaint to us by email (contact details can be found at the bottom of the page). Our employees will review the complaint and try to resolve it to everyone's satisfaction.

Upon receipt of your complaint, you will receive a confirmation from us. We will respond to your complaint within 14 days of receipt; if it requires more time, we will inform you. Generally, you will hear from us within a week.
From February 15, 2016, consumers in the EU can also submit complaints via the European Commission's ODR platform. This ODR platform can be found at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/main/. If the complaint is not yet being handled elsewhere, you are free to submit it via the European Union platform.
